My PC does not communicate with the Gas ECU

The software uses a specific Com port in your PC you need to find out which Com port your PC has assigned to where you have our programming cable connected. Now start the software and either set the com port in the testing application or from the Setting tab and then Serial port

I have put the largest Nozzles you have sent me but I still can't get enough fuel into the engine, it runs lean

Please check the vacuum connection from the Vaporizer to the inlet manifold, also check that the pressure is between 900mb and 1300mb at idle on gas.

No injector duration is displayed in the software

Firstly depending on the number of cylinders check that you have used the A channel (yellow wire) of input A cable and the A channel (yellow wire) of input B cable is it is more than four cylinders. the general rule is that the C channel (red wires) are the ones not to use if more than four cylinders.

The Next thing to check is that you have defiantly cut the Negative injector signal. The most accurate method to check this is to disconnect all the injectors and then using a multimeter check which wire on each injector is 12 volts you should cut the other wire.

You must also make sure that the solid wire of our input loom goes to the injector and that the wire with a black tracer goes returns back to the vehicle ECU.

The "Tunning" bar is in the red area

If you are at the lower end of the tuning bar, so the value is less than 1150, you are having to remove fuel because you are too rich you will in this case need smaller Nozzles

If you are at the higher end, so the value is above 1500, then you are having to put too much correction in because you are lean, you will in this case need bigger Nozzles

The "Tunning" bar is correct at idle but I have to increase it out on the road to keep the trim near zero

If the above situation exists it means you are having to increase the amount of fuel you supply as the engine load increases.

If the Tuning bar needs to be increased only slightly (less than 100 points) then you can try increasing the pressure by winding out the pressure adjustment screw (one turn is about 300mb so go about 1/2 turn at a time).

If the Tuning bar needs to be increased by much more than 100 then you need to increase the Nozzle size to the next size bigger.

[This is the answer to the question.]
